Der neueste Druckaufnehmer U5300 der UltraStable™ Linie von TE bietet mit seinem modularen Aufbau maximale Flexibilität für die verschiedensten Konfigurationen.
Mit seinen elf Messbereichen von 0-1 bar bis 0-700 bar, den sieben unterschiedlichen Ausgangssignalen, zehn möglichen elektrischen Anschlüssen und vierzehn Druckanschlussmöglichkeiten ist schon mit den Datenblatt-Varianten eine flexible Ausrichtung auf den jeweiligen Einsatzfall möglich.
Diese neue Serie bietet eine überlegene Gesamt-Genauigkeit von besser als +/- 0,1% und ein Gesamt-Fehlerband von besser als +/- 0,5% für anspruchsvolle industrielle Anwendungen. Alle medienberührten Teile werden aus Edelstahl 316L gefertigt, wodurch sie sehr robust sind. Die Haltbarkeit wird zudem dadurch verstärkt, dass aufgrund der Konstruktion weder O-Ringe, noch Schweißnähte oder organisches Material den Druckmedien ausgesetzt werden. Der Drucksensor ist misst sowohl Flüssigkeits- als auch Gasdruck, auch bei problematischen Medien wie verschmutztem Wasser, Dampf und leicht korrosiven Flüssigkeiten.
Die U5300-Serie ist in den Schutzarten IP65 oder IP67 verfügbar und somit ideal für raue Industrieumgebungen. Sie erfüllt und übertrifft die neuesten CE-Anforderungen für die Schwerindustrie, einschließlich Überspannungsschutz. Sie arbeitet in einem breiten Betriebstemperaturbereich von -40°C bis +125°C und besitzt eine hohe Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen Stöße (50 g, 11 ms Halb-Sinus) und Vibrationen (±20 g). Die Elektronik wird vor Verpolen am Eingang und gegen Kurzschluss am Ausgang geschützt.

The latest pressure transducer U5300 of the UltraStable™ line of TE offers a variety of configurations for maximum flexibility due to its modular design.
